Refund Policy

1. Free Plan
BookSolidApp offers a free plan that provides access to core scheduling features with limited usage. The free plan does not require a credit card and has no time limit. No charges occur while you are on the free plan. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock additional features and higher limits.
2. Subscription Billing
Paid plan subscribers are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan selected). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax on our behalf.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@booksolid.app.
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. After the billing period expires, your account will be downgraded to the free plan with its associated limitations.
4. Refunds
We offer refunds within 14 days of the initial payment. If you are not satisfied with BookSolidApp, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund.
Refund requests made after this 14-day period are not eligible for a refund. Subsequent renewal payments are also not eligible for refunds, as you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
Since Paddle processes all payments as our Merchant of Record, refunds will be processed through Paddle. To request a refund, please contact us at support@booksolid.app.
